Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to fostering equitable opportunities and guiding individuals towards their professional aspirations. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by first-generation individuals and recent graduates.
Advising and Mentoring for Career Success
I guided undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni in their career development and planning, teaching job search strategies, including resume, cover letter, interview preparation, networking, and salary negotiation. I also co-developed and taught the career courses in different universities.

I understand the challenges that come with navigating "isms" such as racism, sexism, ageism, homophobia, and ableism in the workplace. That's why my coaching approach is centered on creating a safe space where clients can openly discuss their concerns and develop strategies that align with their values.
