As an equity and access director at a career center, I focus on ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of career development.

Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to fostering equitable opportunities and guiding individuals towards their professional aspirations. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by first-generation individuals and recent graduates.
Advising and Mentoring for Career Success
I guided undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni in their career development and planning, teaching job search strategies, including resume, cover letter, interview preparation, networking, and salary negotiation. I also co-developed and taught the career courses in different universities.
